Ok...so this is a bit random!
Its gone 4am here in the Uk,and i find myself sitting on MSN talking to ~severedanomaly ,and i forget how,but the subject of drawing comes up...
Since i joined DA,i've been amazed at the pencil drawings i've found,and in a way,seeing the brilliant works has made me feel that what i can do isnt as good!
Maybe good in a way,as it meant i concentrated more on my figure painting,but on the other hand,maybe i shouldn't have given up the ol' pencil work entirely either!
I dunno,im procrastinating,the point is, i was saying to Miss Anomoly that i didnt think i was so good,and she was saying...something else...you get the idea!
The sort of challenge set by her is to draw something new,and i thought it might be good to first post up something old,for people to see...admittedly i have a few drawings as my first DA submissions,but this one is different,and if enough people poke at me,i'll be more likely to get on and draw something...
Im not specifically after crits on this one (although you can if you like!),but this drawing is about 10 years old,(according to the camera memory!) so whether its a reflection of what i can do now,i dont know...
But thats part of the challenge,to try and do something new and see if i can get inspired with pencil work again...
